Allegations of cutting PIP funds and embezzlement of BOS funds in SDN Sabuntan 1 Sumenep

Jatimnews.info || Sapeken Sumenep - Principal of SDN Sabuntan 1, Sapeken District, Sumenep Regency, Mr. Suwarno, S.Pd.I., allegedly cutting the Indonesian Smart Program Fund (PIP) and embezzlement of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS). Based on Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption, the action is a violation of the law that can be subject to criminal sanctions. 

Sabuntan Village residents reported the allegation to Mr. Johari, S.H., who then tried to clarify Mr. Suwarno through WhatsApp.  However, until a few days later, Mr. Suwarno did not respond. 

The alleged deduction of PIP funds of Rp. 50,000 per student on the grounds of transportation costs, as well as allegations of the uncertainty of the use of BOS funds from 2022 to 2024, became the basis of citizens' reports. Mr. Johari said he would bring this case to legal channels and residents were ready to provide information as witnesses. (Sairi/Red)
